Gavin has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from the College of Allied Educators. His approach to counseling clients is centered on patience, genuine relationships, unconditional care and acceptance, active listening, exploration and processing of feelings and experiences, developing insights and actions, and working with clients on their decisions as they journey through life. The modalities that guide his counseling are Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Reality Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Gavin is currently working full-time in the Learning and Development space and has been in this field for close to 10 years with different MNCs. He has led and launched significant learning and people initiatives, such as Leaders Sharing and Support Circles, to encourage authentic conversations around work and life challenges and to provide emotional support. 

In his leisure time, he enjoys physical workouts and spending time with his family.
